Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScoreProMax. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account

• Give accurate registration details.
• Keep your password private and secure.
• Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account with anyone else;
• copy, redistribute or sell our test content or study materials;
• use automated tools to extract content from the platform;
• interfere with the operation of the service;
• break any applicable law.

Access, payment and expiry

• Access is bought for a fixed period — one, three or six months — and is prepaid.
• Nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever charged to you automatically.
• Payment is arranged with our team through the published support channels. Access is activated by hand after payment is confirmed.
• Prices may change in future; a change never alters an order you have already placed.
• When a period ends, access to paid content ends. Your results, history and projection remain visible.
• You can contact support at any time to extend or restart your access.

What ScoreProMax does and does not promise

ScoreProMax gives you realistic practice, honest analytics and a score projection built only from your own recorded work. A projection is a preparation estimate: it is not an official score and it is not a guarantee of any result on a real examination.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software and the study materials it publishes are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not reproduce, distribute or build derivative works from them without our permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will make it visible in the product. Continuing to use ScoreProMax after a change means you accept the updated terms.
